No dead pixels, widescreen frame and a beautiful black and discreet stand. It's basic, no USB ports or other bells and whistles, and the speakers are no better than standard laptop speakers. There are some minor annoyances, starting with Amazon's list of goofy tech details for this item and bad documentation remain ViewSonic. I've had no problems with the screen, or fainting, but the procedure to adjust the volume of the speakers of the monitor change is not entirely intuitive and is not well documented in the manual. But the beast looks very good on the table, and has a lot of real estate for multiple windows, or watch a DVD in widescreen. I certainly would not pay more for an HDMI port, because the speakers are not what you'd use if you mostly watch DVDs on your computer. 42 of 46 people found this review helpful to monitor Great Value on Allen Canning, I bought this monitor to replace a 10-year 18 "LCD. The monitor was easy to fit, color and size are beautiful, very beautiful. There It took a little 'tweaking to get the right color on my Mac Mini, but once done the image is pretty amazing. There are some drawbacks, hence the 4 stars. The monitor DVI support, but do not have one DVI to VGA. Fortunately, I had a spare DVI cable. Secondly, the speakers are really good. They are fine for normal use of the computer, but if I hear a lot of music or movies on your computer, you probably will not be as-built speakers. All in all, a perfect display for the price. This is the most important 2D image that I set my eyes on it, and I have seen many high-end TVs. I almost bought a Sony XBR high-HX909 review in its amazing 2D image. But once I saw the 3D image was a little upset with the 3D technology, then you already have a Panasonic Viera 3D was much better. So that's what I gleaned from my experience with the 3D-HDTV Vizio PROS + The place of purchase with Amazon was better than I thought it would have been. Transport easy, fast, free, tax free (tax is about $ 115 if bought in a store), and perfectly manicured, Sams Club, it's scary, lol. 47 inches of "OMG! It's bigger than I thought." "This set is so much at that price, quality and size! + LED television is thicker due to the LEDs 160 are directly behind the screen, this contributes to a better contrast that will blow your mind away, I have not of this type where a black set that Sony does not sell this technology for about U.S. $ 3.500 + ;.!!. Large monitor NUGG great service, I bought this monitor as a monitor of the work, since I'm a Unix admin I am very sharp and clear to a lot of work on a non-monitor. This is by far one of the best teachers I work with. This monitor seems big enough for a 24-inch, I can actually construction of the two browsers simultaneously on the monitor. The bonus for me was when I bought this monitor a week ago for 250 of the lower prices $ 50, I contacted Amazon and they happily refunded me the difference. By matching the prices of LCD TVs are quickly dropping, I decided it was time for my 5 year old 20 "Sharp EDTV replace and move to HD. A-side comparison showed that I made the right decision . LG picture quality is superior in almost every way. Pros ------ There are not many quality 26 "TVs out there and 26LV2500 is one of the best I've seen so far. -The picture is vivid and sharp and comparable to some mid-range 32 "non-LED backlit LCD I looked at the store. Response look good in my ögon.-Most 26" TV has 2 HDMI ports, LG The third LG is attractive with its glass-like bezel.Thin and light, with LEDs for backlighting. The intelligent-sensor works very well and is surprisingly usable. Menu system very well planned with useful features. Cons ------ Off angle is quite poor. Colour wash a little when I get up and visibly when they move to the sides of the LCD screen of my old Sharp was actually much better in this regard. Sharp-A uses a matte screen, LG has a bright screen in a bright room the picture is like a mirror, especially in dark scenes. Very annoying. Audio quality is as bad as expected and comparable to other TV this small and thin. Turning the bass all the way to the treble all the way and almost makes things bearable. Black-and levels of uniformity of the screen is expected for a TV in this age of light background with a bit of bleeding at the edges. Of course this is only noticeable on a black screen with the backlight set to maximum and no matter during normal use. In short ----------- The 26LV2500 is a feature packed, well designed TV with LED backlight. If you're in the market for a TV of 26 "can not go wrong with LG and will not be disappointed as long as you take into account their limitations. But if you have room for more than 32 "TV, there is a greater choice worth checking out here with LG, they pay more for LED backlighting and thinner frame, rather than image quality. Nice little TV for KJHarris was looking for a small LCD TVs in our guest room and decided on the LG 26LV2500. This seemed to offer the most features at the lowest price for the use which might - only when there were guests in our rooms. The set arrived very early in the MFG. original packaging and no damage to the box and everything was there. It was easy to install and configure. Since I was with a basic cable connection (no box), which only needed to connect the coaxial cable. The set of scanned and found all the digital channels from my cable provider, both HD and SD (No more broadcasts in my area). The picture is bright and clear (at least when viewed from the bed) and that "only" 720, it seems that good will (for me), that the two high that I the sound is certainly very well suited to use it, 1080p. All settings are easily accessible and provide inputs and there is much more that I need this set. I have a very old (not blueray) DVD player connected to the rise and composite input - it produces a beautiful picture with standard DVD. The only thing I was a bit strange the power supply. Rather than set the current directly from a 120V plug in power adapter into the outlet, one cord, which plugs into the TV. I think it will be used because it is cheaper and / or easier than trying to operate a 120V to 24V power supply that fit into this TV very thin design. Hoyer I bought this monitor to replace an aging 20 years old 18 "Sony CRT monitor that was still strong (no one wants a good deal on a Sony monitor?). This form LED monitor the bill and is light years ahead in support compared with MS238H just bought my son a few weeks ago. MS238H The monitor stand is the only thing people complained in the comments and Asus have listened and fixed it. This new support (ML238H) is well built and not even requires a screwdriver! had this monitor running in less than 10 minutes. This monitor is very good and the specifications state and I could not be happier. 10000000 relationship / dynamic relationship with a 2ms response time there is nothing better to do so by the prices and specifications only thing I cared about was the specification of 250 cd/m2 brightness, like Samsung monitors 300 cd/m2. I'm glad that 76% brightness I did not need all the extra light more expensive Samsung screens, some important differences between this screen (ML238H) and MS238H that my son has just bought a couple of weeks to produce: 1) guarantee on ML238H is 3 years on parts and labor MS238H display only 2 years. 2) The paint on the back of the screen is a very beautiful piano-white (light in the power cord, HDMI, RGB, etc. jacks), while the back of MS238H black and thus to see more robust when ready to plug in 3) The new and improved service on this screen is its swivel and tilt, tilt only be held with a ring on MS238H screen. This is called Ergo-Fit II technology and is unique because of the poor design of stands that can be tilted or rotated for easy adjustments possible with one finger. Thompson bought this screen to round out my three monitors computer configuration. I am a developer of code and really like the screen space offered through three screens side by side, and I bought the first two screens (also Samsung BX2331) when I bought the computer in 4Q2010. The store did not have a third of the time, so I waited to add it. This ends the game very well, as they all fit perfectly. This is important when setting up a multi-monitor setup - you want everyone to be the same height from the desktop and the same resolution. Makes it easier to work with in the long run. I only use HDMI inputs with 1080p (1920x1080), I can not speak to the quality of the image using the other entrances. They all look the same and wonderful. I also use the central display for my PS3 - I just use the second HDMI input to the input signal to the monitor and then take the sound from the monitor to my computer speakers. Works great! In this way, when I'm kind of fried brain programming, I can do a short (or long) break and play some trick-m-up display is excellent in every way. Fast, bright color, the greater the adjustment of sufficient capacity, etc. .. Very recommended. I first went to the HP monitor 27 "LCD and looked around, compare prices and comparing specifications. I ended up watching the predecessor of this Samsung LCD monitor, and went to buy it, and they were all sold out. They asked whether I would recommend this upgrade as a replacement / how you see the power on the enclosure LED to the deal. This monitor is connected via HDMI incredibly beautiful! True Colors smart the film really adds some contrast, like life video. It is smooth glass games (MW2 , L4D2, TF2, Bioshock 1 & 2, Crysis, ect.) It is the best monitor I ever heard. It has an HDMI port on the back of the PS3 to connect and even has an audio output (3.5 mm) on the back for connecting external speakers. So there is no need to put a separate cable for your PS3 set a high speakers. My games look great on this monitor (unless of course you are sitting in 4 inches of it). As the normal distance of about 3 meters or more, your games look as good as if you were playing in a 40 TV. Andrews First, let me say that my husband and I are "mature", even in dog years. Hardcore games will not happen to us. Last summer I decided to upgrade our 15 inch CRT to a widescreen flat manageable size. I know this is considered a small screen for today's standards, but it works well in the confines of the allocated space, has a fine image detail and color that you just have to numb our brains age. This monitor is great as a PC monitor, but also to watch HD shows and movies. I'm not in the computer games, so I can not comment on the performance in this regard. There is no heat from the monitor. After hours of use, it is cold to the touch. You will not go wrong with this monitor. On the positive side, the color is very good for a TN panel-type (more about that in one second), absolutely fantastic connectivity options, one of the fastest display you current availability on a bright and lively, which is only offset by only the average level of backlight bleed black and some with very dark scenes (aided by dynamic contrast, but not in all situations). It lacks a spindle, a terrible omission, but is still very stable in the base (not adjustable). It connects to sources, 4:3 and 16:9, the same component connection and SD sources and as sources of HDMI, DVI and VGA (DVI-D Dual Link, but highly recommended), and the native resolution of 1920x1080 is ideal for 16 : 9 and BluRay movies. So if you just stop for a very good TV or home computer screen, read and you will receive your credit card, this work is only a * reasonable * Monitor for professional photos or graphics. Like all TN screens have a small but significant changes which suffers gamma, when considering more than a few degrees off-axis, and even at 6500 K has a teensy pink tinge that can be compensated for good color calibration, but with a corresponding reduction in scale. Despite sRGB gamma of 2.2, this monitor much more closely to his native gamma of 1.8 or 2.7 +. I upgraded from an HP w2207h, which I had had a couple of years ago and was very happy with it as well. It still works on another computer fine now. My primary use is to 2711x to write images with Adobe Photoshop CS5. The screen is very bright and can easily be adjusted between 50 and 60 to 60% brightness and 70% against, and I find color, the best I've seen in this price range. I've put most of the screen in the local dealers to highest brightness only the same color effect, I have received from 2711x to these areas to achieve this monitor found. As for sharpness is fantastic shine bright Class View display that makes the difference for me, because most monitors on the market, are semi-gloss, as I found out a good picture quality when it comes to pictures I use the screen for a private office environment that allows me to control the lighting in the room, so glare is not a problem with your vision bright screen. Many of the menu options. Three video inputs. No dead pixels. Mounted on the bottom touch screen control is easier (for me) than front mounted. Fine, cool running, and light. No ghosts. Decent viewing angles for a non-PVA panel. Cons: Some light bleed at the edges. Looked bad (for me) until I set the menu settings. Less than you think, if you're used to big screens 4:03. With a power adapter instead of a straight plug in is a kind of hassle. Do 1920:1080, 1920:1200. Other: I have this monitor, especially because it was the smallest I've seen from Samsung 1920:1080 had full resolution (I wanted a resolution of 1920 x 1200, but apparently Samsung does not). I wanted a dot pitch very well, and I did. Text and graphics are crisp and clear. The size is smaller than I had expected, but I got used to it's text so much clearer than the larger screens, I think it is a good deal. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of color compared to my old surprised screens. I do not know if it is the LED backlight or not, but it looks good. Black levels are quite good. I had the "HDMI black level" setting set to "normal" to "low" to get a decent picture, however. No shadows in my game is not. Finally, the real angles approaching the specs, still not as good as my Samsung PVA, but still much better than my used-to-be-top-of-the-line no PVA Samsung. The "magic angle" is obviously just a software option and not a hardware technology. However, viewing angles are still good. All in all, this is a quality display at a very reasonable price. My 5 year old Samsung was a bit dark, so after reading lots of reviews and looking at many screens in stores, was my first choice of top-ranked Samsung BX2450. Unfortunately, too many problems with the monitor: the screen is tilted slightly to one side at the base, with the right edge about 1 / 4 "lower than the left, but adjustable viewing angle, unstable support, buttons very sensitive one. Coming from a 22inch widescreen, it put to shame the poor, good color (it took some time to adjust the color for my taste, but it was too much of a hassle) Implementation of 1920 x 1080 looks awesome, no dead pixels. The monitor stand is absolutely non-adjustable in all directions, it is mounted like on a wall. Finger-touch buttons / menus are pretty much a mistake, most of them are either ineffective or insensitive, have also the power button for 3 ~ 4 times to be taken to the unit on or off. Download the manual does not contain detailed instructions, step by step how to operate the OSD. Eric Franklin is still a flicker of movement of test monitors. I understand that a monitor must not only feel like it is made with high quality materials, but if you live in a high seismic zone or a lot of kids running around to reverse things. FX2490HD Jeremiah Fleming I spent a lot of time surfing the Internet looking for the perfect monitor / TV combo and could never find a product that excelled at both functions. Eventually I came across this beauty. Again it was on amazon camp (which saved me taxes, shipping and CA recycling fee) I ordered FX2490HD. It came 2 days later and boy was I happy. As other reviewers have said, you need directly from the box the color a little fine tuning. Not too hard and definitely worth getting a great picture. Honestly, it looks better than the 50 "Samsung home PIP is a bit out of the way, but still a good feature to have. As far as sound goes, the integrated speakers are not very nice response from what I've tried, although it is without the included software, which are intended to improve their sound, the production was. However, mounting a surprise speaker at a public place such as this monitor can not really thin, because the reality of sound production requires a certain amount of housing at different frequencies due to the simple creation of the physical vibrations to create. If you want a good and, all you need to do to a nice pair of computer speakers like buy cheap Logitech S220 Speaker System 2.1 with subwoofer and connect the sound output on the back of the screen and it will route all audio from the HDMI in them that is quite nice. My first impression is very good. The screen is great, no dead pixels and even lighting Pros: great picture Cons It seems that a good (and this is expected): The middle speaker is not vertically adjustable terrible. (Tin, which is expected in a thin monitor this), there is one gotcha that I experienced my Macbook Pro connected via an HDMI port to display. At first, the choice of 1080p resolution produces an image that is too large for the screen - ie, the edges are cut. Adjusting the slider bass / overscan fit, but at the expense of being blurred. Amazing clarity and very thin, as the name for the monitor OptimusPrime This is an excellent considering what it offers. I am a person who adheres to a high quality brand that's worth using a number of years on monitors I prefer Sony, ViewSonic and HP provides. I have the Sony SDM-S95DR 19-inch LCD monitors for several years, almost to the office. Samsung is also very well on the monitor / screen, but somehow I have a negative feeling / experience with this brand and can not be compared to brands like Sony. I did this for my personal Micro Center ($ 208 including taxes) for home use and is just wonderful and saved hell lot of space. I have this product on Amazon / internet and then think about going for. Pros: 1. Amazingly 1920x1080p resolution. 2. No problems with the installation of the product. I use Win 7 and the installation of the software CD came with the box. 3. Ultra-Thin with security in their competition. 4. 2 HDMI ports and a VGA port (D-Sub) ports are available with in and out of sound. 5. Even if the function you place the monitor as a picture frame.
